I had a wonderful meal at the Iron Skillet in Collingwood ..
It had been a little while since I had visited and I needed to get my FIX of Schnitzel ....
The schnitzel was complimented with the Seafood Sauce....
What you can't see in the photo is the amazing Veggies and Mashed potatoes hiding under the PLATE Sized Schnitzel.
Needless to say , I had to get a take home box for part of it ...
and Yes .... it was just as delicious as I remember .
