A little progress update on Baba's garden! All the seeds are in and we have some amazing growth so far 🌱
The lettuce and onions are thriving 🥬 🧅 We already have pulled up a couple and enjoyed 😍
Tomatoes 🍅 are coming up nicely too!
Beans are crawling up their sticks quite beautifully and we are starting to see the tiniest little sprout from the cucumbers 🥒

A Florentine Iris bravely blooming in this cold weather. The stem is short because of the cold. I hope it gets warm soon so the others will grow longer stems!

We may get frost tonight in Collingwood. Environment Canada hasn't issued a frost warning yet, but unless the forecasted conditions change, they will at some point today.
Hopefully you were watching the weather and haven't put out any tender plants. If you have planted any heat loving flowers or vegetables, you will need to cover them for the night.

Someone gave me this hydrangea as a gift. It’s in a pot from the grocery store. What do I do with this once the flowers are done blooming is it something I can replant in the garden that will come back each year? I know nothing about replanting these types of flowers. Thanks for any help.
