Hello everyone,

My name is Valentina Constantinescu. After 30 years in health care, I’m now retired—but my passion for helping people stay healthy is as strong as ever.

A few years ago, during the pandemic, I started growing microgreens to support my colleagues—nurses, doctors, and other health professionals—helping them stay nourished during those challenging times. What started as a small gesture soon grew into something much more: I discovered how much I enjoyed cultivating microgreens and realized the incredible benefits they bring to the table.

You’re probably familiar with classic ways to enjoy broccoli—roasted, pan-fried, or tossed in a salad. But did you know you can also savor broccoli microgreens? Or microgreens like radish, sunflower, pea shoots, and more? These tiny greens pack a mighty nutritional punch, loaded with essential nutrients like phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, and vitamins A, B, C, E, and K—all things your body appreciates.

If you’re curious to learn more and experience their fresh flavors for yourself, join me for a free microgreens tasting event this Thursday from 5–7 PM. A few spots are still available—don’t miss out!
