Starting off strong, this was last night's dinner. A labour of love 💕 I have never made scalloped potatoes from scratch before, it was quite the experience. I don't have a mandolin so I tried my best to hand cut the potatoes as thin as possible. 😳 Homemade béchamel is another tricky sauce, it was good but next time I make this, I will have to add more salt!!
