With patio season coming has anyone tried Prime Seven Nine? A historic building dating back to the 1800's, with nods to the places that came before, aka a bank vault that can be transformed into a dining area!! Definitely worth visiting!

Before starting seeds, be sure to check your seed packet for growing recommendations. Look for the number of weeks before last frost date to start the seeds. Plants that are started too early will be stressed when it's time to harden off and plant out. A stressed plant is more likely to attract pests and disease. In Collingwood our last frost date range is May 11-20.

I had a wonderful meal at the Iron Skillet in Collingwood .. It had been a little while since I had visited and I needed to get my FIX of Schnitzel .... The schnitzel was complimented with the Seafood Sauce.... What you can't see in the photo is the amazing Veggies and Mashed potatoes hiding under the PLATE Sized Schnitzel.
